Shipping policy

Processing Time:
All DTF orders are processed within 1–3 business days & apparel/cup orders 6-10business days. UV DTF & Chenille patches same or next day (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches or sales, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time (after processing):

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
• Priority Shipping (if offered): 2–3 business days

Total Delivery Time:
Most orders arrive within 4–8 business days total depending on location and carrier delays.

 Important Notes:

• You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other carriers once the package leaves our shop.
• Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed.
• Lost or stolen packages marked “delivered” must be resolved with the carrier.

 Made-to-Order Items:

Custom or made-to-order items require additional time for production but are still shipped as quickly as possible within the processing window listed above.
